| The purpose of this study was to investigate the The mediating role of professional ethics in the relationship between sport exercise and quality of work life and job performance. The type of the study was descriptive-correlational and its statistical population was all educational staff of Sistan and Baluchestan (688 persons). The sample size was 248 persons based on Morgan table that were selected by random cluster sampling. Data were collected using the Walton Work Quality of Life Questionnaire (1973), Paterson Job Performance Questionnaire (1970), the Exercise Performance Questionnaire from Taji et al and Cadozier Professional Ethics Questionnaire (2002). The results showed that practicing sport had a significant effect on the job performance and quality of work life of employees and was mediated through professional ethics. practicing sports can have a significant impact on the quality of work life and work performance of employees and this effect will be doubled with respect to professional ethics. |
