Health development and implementation of learning culture and process in organizations, either services or productive, will lead to increased productivity. So, the aim of the present study was to develop a structural model of organizational health, learning process and learning culture in Iran sport federations. The present study was a field research using correlation test. The population was all the staff of Iranian sport federations. The sample was selected by a stratified random sampling method (n=234). To collect data, Learning Process and Culture Questionnaire by Qorbanizadeh (2010) (α=0.92) and standard Organizational Health Inventory (OHI) by Lynden and Klingele (α=0.91) were used. In inferential statistics, construct validity, multiple construction and Structural Equation Modeling were used with Lisrel 8.8. The results showed that the regression coefficients and T amounts of the relational model of health, learning culture and process were approved. Also, there were significant relationships among all variables. According to these results, it is important to pay special attention to the health of the organizations and its specific characteristics, and learning process and culture in sport federations in order to institutionalize and stabilize their productivity. |
