The participants of the research in the qualitative stage were experts and specialists in the field of sports management and experts in the field of wrestling, and 15 people were purposefully considered as a statistical sample of the qualitative part. The statistical population in the quantitative part was the experts of the wrestling federation and national wrestlers at the levels of adults, Omid, youth and teenagers, and using the structural equation sampling approach using the sample size formula method of Homan et al. (2019), 265 people were considered as the sample size became. The data collection method in the qualitative part was in the form of in-depth and semi-structured interviews, and in the quantitative part, a researcher-made questionnaire was extracted from the qualitative part of the research, and its content and face validity were confirmed by 12 professors in the field of sports management and psychology. Also, the reliability of the interviews was confirmed in the qualitative part of the research using test-retest reliability, and in the quantitative part, Cronbach's alpha reliability indices, Spearman's reliability coefficient, and composit reliability coefficients were confirmed. The results of the research showed 4 main categories (supportive groups, sports factors, psychological factors and motivations) and 11 concepts (personal sponsors, organizational sponsors, effects of experience, professionalism, sports facilities and equipment, obtaining international and National positions, sports events, athletes' self-esteem, positive attitude towards themselves, competitive anxiety, external motivators, internal motivators) which were categorized in the form of more abstract codes. In the quantitative section, it was observed that the status of all components and indicators of Resilience development in elite athletes (wrestlers) according to the CVCOM index is higher than 0.15 and therefore the quality of the measurement model is at an average to high level.
