Abstract
The aim of the present study was factor analysis of job competencies of national and international coaches of Islamic Republic of Iran. The statistical population included all sport management professors, national experienced coaches, champions and senior managers of the federation (N=310). Using the Delphi method, 100 components in the form of 10 factors were achieved as competencies to choose national and international taekwondo coaches. Also, there was a significant difference in the competencies to choose national taekwondo coaches from the viewpoints of the subjects (Sig=0.001, χ2=30.561), that is to say the highest priorities were attached to "coaching and technical characteristics" and "planning features" and the lowest priorities were attached to "human skill attributes" and "social features". Finally, using the structural equations, competency model was designed for national and international taekwondo coaches and the fit of the model was confirmed. This model can be used as a tool to select and train taekwondo coaches.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to develop a model of corruption management in Iran’s sport. The present study was applied in terms of method, qualitative and in terms of purpose, which was done with the approach of the data theory of the foundation and in the way of the Glaser (1992). First, through preliminary studies, the Preliminary List of Corruption Factors was identified. Then, semi-structured interviews with 15 knowledgeable elites were conducted on the subject of research to achieve theoretical saturation through theoretical sampling and snowball. The quality of the findings was confirmed by the theory verification strategy and Scott test. The proposed model consists of four main sections. The central section of the model represented major forms of corruption in sport, in particular, financial and ethical corruption. Factors affecting the sport corruption included four categories of political, structural, socio-cultural and economic factors. Coping strategies of sport corruption include legal solutions, IT development, knowledge development and social responsibility development. Finally, the consequences of sport corruption were categorized in four groups include functional impacts on sport, socio-cultural, financial impact, and impacts on stakeholders. The results confirm the complex nature and wide range of corruption in sport, and the proposed model can be used to understand, control and manage the corruption in sport used by national policy-makers and sports organizers.

Abstract
The aim of the present study was to develop a model for the development of sport careers in Iran. This study was qualitative that was conducted using the grounded theory. The population consisted of all the elites who had some knowledge, experience and clear background in entrepreneurship and sport careers and 22 subjects were selected using theoretical and snowball sampling methods. Data were collected by semi-constructed interviews that continued until theoretical saturation. For data analysis, six concepts of causal conditions, phenomenon, intervening conditions, context conditions, strategies and consequences were used in the framework of Strauss and Corbin (1990) coding model. In the final model which was formed based on data coding and analysis, causal factors (growth of sport industry, opportunities to create careers, and performance weaknesses) attract attention to the central phenomenon that is the quantitative and qualitative development of sport careers. Given the intervention factors (political, economic, managerial) and existing contexts (supportive contexts and infrastructures, weakness in entrepreneurial thinking and managerial support, insufficient influence of sports in society, social support, skilled manpower, entrepreneurial intent and financial support), the strategies of quantitative and qualitative development of sport careers (program and legal support, structural development, knowledge development, financial development, interaction development, entrepreneurial motivation development) will have positive consequences (economic growth, sport sustainability, promotion of sport performance, institutionalization of active lifestyle, sociocultural development) for Iran sport industry. The model developed in this study can be used by policymakers, planners, experts and sport managers as a base for plans to develop sport careers and employment.

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to level the relationships of professional competencies of Iranian football referees. The statistical population of this study included 13 experts, referees, experts, and faculty members who were purposefully selected. For the level of competency components of football referees, the interpretative structural modeling technique (ISM) was used by MATLAB software. For this purpose, in this research, the expert judgment system has been used and a paired questionnaire has been distributed in terms of effectiveness and impact on each other. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed through formal and content validity and the alpha coefficient was used to measure the reliability of the research, with an estimated value of 0/89. The findings showed that in the study of the relationships of the research components, the components of "managerial competency" are at the first level and "psychological competence and social competence" at the second level, indicating the high impact of these three variables. Also, the components of "knowledge merit and physical merit and field deserves" were at the third level, which was the most influential component of the professional competencies of the Iranian Football Premier League. Finally, using the MICMAC technique, variables were analyzed according to conductivity and dependence
