 the aim of the present research is Relationship with Total Quality Management with Educational, Skills, Research, Technology and Cultural goals at the National Olympic Committee of the Islamic Republic of Iran the method of this survey is descriptive – geodesic. To collect data from questionnaires of total quality management (US quality institute of Federal 2009) and quality aim questionnaire are used. To analyze the data after we get assured, the questionnaires are validate by PLS software in the descriptive and deductive statistic. to analyze the path, smart PLS were used, the statistic society of the research, were all the employee, managers, experts of Olympic national committee of Iran.The result shows that there is a meaningful difference between the average of the programs of Olympic national committee and total quality management.Supreme Leader support is the most important criterion for total quality management and Technology goals were recognized as the most important qualitative goal of the National Olympic Committee of the Islamic Republic of Iran The situation of Olympic national committee of Islamic Republic of Iran in total quality management has the number 84.2 which shows that Olympic national committee starts to learn quality and productivity programs.
