The method of this study was applied in terms of the aim and mixed in terms of strategy. The statistical population included all experts, editors and senior managers of sport programs in Iran Broadcasting Organization, as well as all sport designers of this organization. According to the research method, the sample in the qualitative section included the managers of the sport programs of Iran Broadcasting Organization, editors and experts in the field of sport media (N=20) who were selected purposively and with the snowball technique. To collect the data, deep interview was conducted for the experts in the qualitative section and in the quantitative section, a questionnaire derived from the qualitative section was used. K-S test was used to examine the normal distribution of data. Then, Friedman ranking test was used to rank the identified strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. For other items in the strategic planning, strategic analyses, in particular SWOT analysis, were used in terms of topic. The results indicated that the sport programs of Iran Broadcasting Organization were located in the competitive region (ST) for which 5 strategies were developed.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was evaluation the efficiency and sensitivity analysis of iranian Olympic federations. This study is type descriptive and retrospective the information was collected, field. Statistical population study included was 25 Olympic federations of the country. Due to the low number this population Sampling total number was used. In order to determine efficiency of federations, the used DEA model. In order to determine the input or output indicators of the evaluation of the Chi square test, determining the efficiency of federations and identifying inefficient federations in two methods of CCR and BCC output-axis and in the sensitivity analysis was used to determine the optimal input and output. SPSS and DEA Solver software were used to analyze the data. The results showed that 17 federations were efficient in both CCR and BCC patterns and scale efficiency and 6 federations were inefficient in both CCR and BCC models. Having large resources for produce outputs has led to an increase in the size the organization And, on the other hand, having low resources for produce outputs leads to small size of organization and in two cases causes inefficiencies in federations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explain the role of key indicators leading to the success of Iran in the Rio Olympics based on the SPLISS model. The research method was descriptive-analytical, in terms of purpose it was practical, and it was a fieldwork and questionnaires base in terms of data collection. The statistical population of this study was all of the athletes, coaches and Participants in the Rio Olympic Games (N = 269), and, sampling was (done as a) full census according to a limited number of the research population. The research instrument was Sports Success Indicators questionnaire designed by El Bouscher et al (2012). The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the relevant experts and its reliability was 0.93 based on the Cronbach’s alpha test. Data analysis was done by descriptive statistics and Kolmogorov-Smirnov and one-sample t-tests in SPSS software and structural equation modeling using in Smart Pls3 software. The results showed that financial support, structural and political factors, development and identification of athletic talents, athletic and job support, development of training facilities, qualitative and quantitative development of coaching, Increased participation in national-international competitions, scientific-research support, socio-environmental factors and geographical diversity and increasing the participation of people in the sport has significant role in the success of the Olympic sports teams. Also, the result of structural equation modeling showed that all the affecting factors in the success of the Rio Olympics' sports teams have an acceptable and positive in the T value and a factor load variables.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to develop an interpretive structural model for the development of sport for all based on global approaches. Due to the nature of the study, the mixed methodology was used. The qualitative phase of the study was based on the grounded theory and the quantitative phase was performed using interpretive structural modeling. The statistical population included experts in this field with more than 10 years of work experience and the sampling was performed by purposive sampling method and according to theoretical saturation. In the qualitative section, 12 experts were interviewed, and sport for all indicators were identified by the grounded theory and the modeling was performed using interpretive structural analysis. The results showed that 45 codes in the form of 15 concepts and 7 categories (indices) influenced the development of sport for all. Also, the ISM matrix showed that the interpretive structural model of sport for all development with a global approach consisted of six levels: legal environment, economic and infrastructure, media, lifestyle, social, and participation in sport for all. Therefore, it is suggested that the identified indicators based on the research model should receive the sport authorities’ attention so that sport for all in Iran can be developed.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational culture, political behavior and rational approach of decision makers on organizational effectiveness of employees in Ministry of Sport and Youth. The statistical population consisted of all official employees of Iran Ministry of Sport and Youth (N=430). The sample was determined as 203 subjects based on Krejcie and Morgan table and the sampling method was random. Data were collected by Robbins Organizational Culture Questionnaire (1998), Dean and Sharfman Questionnaire (1999) designed to measure political behavior or rational approach to decision making and Hamidi Organizational Effectiveness Questionnaire (2003). The face validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by professors and their reliability was calculated by Cronbach's alpha: Organizational Culture Questionnaire (0.88), Political Rational Decision Making Questionnaire (0.81) and Organizational Effectiveness Questionnaire (0.78). Then, the required data were collected using the questionnaires and finally they were analyzed using SPSS, Excel and Smart PLS. The results showed that organizational culture supported rational decisions more than political decisions and it had a better relationship with rational decisions. However, the results showed that decision making with a political approach developed more effectiveness than those decisions with a rational approach. When the authorities and experts seek to develop a relationship with other managers and authorities in order to make important decisions and they make decisions with the common political approach, they will experience more effectiveness.

Abstract

Aim: The purpose of this study was to provide a structural interpretive study of the legal dimensions of economic crime in professional sport.
Methodology: The purpose of this study was applied and in terms of data collection the next step is to identify the pattern of causal relationships between them. In this study, after identifying study dimensions and indicators, the relationships between dimensions and indicators have been identified. To reflect the internal relationships among the main criteria, 21 experts based on ISM were used.
Findings: The results showed that the final model obtained in this study consists of 7 levels. Then, using the influence of these factors together, it is clear in the second diagram that the criterion of situational prevention is alone in the cluster area; That is, the level of use of prevention has an autonomous status in terms of effectiveness and effectiveness and has the least impact and effectiveness. Criteria for security measures, information factors, social prevention, legal contracts, and economic factors are more influenced by other factors and are systemically influential and dependent elements.
Conclusion: The legal framework formulation index can also help improve all indicators, so that it can be brought closer to reducing economic crime by formulating a legal framework.
