Abstract

Continuous evaluation of performance always leads to qualitative growth of organization and increases its ability to offer services. In this regard, the present research aimed to determining the application of PCA method to evaluating the performance of sport federations based on EFQM qualitative approaches. The research method was descriptive and was performed in a survey mode. The population included president, secretary, vice-president of Canoeing, Rowing and Sailing Federation, employees, coaches, referees, athletes employed in the federation (N=67). Total number practices method was used to select the sample. Data were collected by a questionnaire designed by the researcher derived from standard excellence model questionnaire (EFQM) ( 0.974). In order to analyze data, PCA method was used with 18 version of SPSS software. The findings showed that all nine measures of EFQM model were equally involved in the found element which could be named enablers and results. In this regard, the most relationship and the most important common element were pertained to partnership and resources and the least relationship and the least important common element were reported to be the employees. It seems that it is necessary to pay attention to evaluative measures particularly employees which have always played an important role in any organization.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to design the evaluation model of marketing management in Iran sport federations. The statistical population included all sport management faculty members of physical education faculties, managers of sport federations and experts who were familiar with sport marketing (N=520). On the basis of Morgan Table, 220 subjects were selected as the sample by simple random sampling method. To achieve the goals, a researcher-made questionnaire was used. The face and content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 12 sport management experts and its construct validity was studied and confirmed with confirmatory factor analysis. The reliability was calculated in a pilot study with 30 subjects as 0.78. For data analysis, descriptive and inferential statistics including Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Bartlet test, KMO, confirmatory and exploratory factor analysis by AMOS and SPSS software were used. Findings showed 10 factors played a role in evaluating marketing management in sport federations: capability, sponsors, customers, process, financial, creativity, planning, intangible assets, effectiveness, and advancement respectively. Also, the achieved model had a good fit.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to design a comprehensive system model to evaluate the performance of Iran wrestling board. The method of this study was descriptive and mixed that was conducted as a field. The statistical population consisted of the officials (chairman, vice-chairman and secretary) of the wrestling boards of Iran provinces, as well as the presidents of the wrestling federation, the managers of national teams in different levels and experts (N=230), and the statistical sample was considered equal to the population. In order to collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire was used after interviews with experts. The validity of this questionnaire was assessed by 10 sport management professors and its reliability was obtained using Cronbach's alpha (0.82). For data analysis, descriptive indexes and exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis tests were used. The results of exploratory factor analysis revealed that the factors of the comprehensive system of performance evaluation could be classified into 10 factors: financial resources development, management factors, structure and facilities development, human resources empowerment, championship development, cultural development, scientific and research development, educational development, civil responsibility, and action and achievements. Therefore, the prediction ability of this model was 70.91% based on total factor variances. The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the relationship of all ten factors with the concept of performance evaluation was significant. The mean score of the comprehensive system of performance evaluation of Iran wrestling board was better and higher than the hypothetical mean. Finally, the results showed a significant difference in the mean of the factors of the comprehensive system of performance evaluation. It is concluded that the model of the comprehensive system of performance evaluation is a reliable tool that can be used to evaluate the performance of wrestling board.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify and prioritize performance evaluation indicators of the General Departments of Sports and Youth of the provinces. The type of research is descriptive and has been done by field method. The statistical population of this study includes the experts of the offices of performance evaluation and inspection and supervision of the headquarters
There were general departments of sports and youth across the country (439 people) and 205 people were selected as the research sample by random sampling method using Morgan table. The required information was collected from both library and field methods with interview tools and questionnaires, and path analysis and Friedman tests were used to analyze the data. According to the research results, to evaluate the performance of the General Departments of Sports and Youth, seven dimensions of championship sports, public, women, youth, finance, human resources and information technology should be used. Data analysis also showed that championship sports are prioritized because of their tangible results, such as rankings. On the other hand, sport is an issue that can be both lucrative and requires a lot of financial resources, and accordingly, the financial dimension is the second priority after the championship sport and before the dimensions of public sports, women's sports and even youth affairs. . Dimensions of public sports, organizing youth affairs, women's sports, human resources and information technology are in the next ranks of this list.
