Abstract
The aim of this study was to investigate and explain how physical education teachers spend their time as well as to identify time-consuming factors, and their efficiency and analysis at junior high schools. The statistical population consisted of all teachers of physical education at junior high schools in Kurdistan province and 90 teachers were randomly selected as the sample. The methodology of the study was descriptive-correlation and was application in terms of aim. Two standard questionnaires of Time Management (20 items) and Teacher's Efficiency (21 items) were used to collect data based on Likert's 5-point scale. The face validity of the questionnaires was determined and their reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha as α=0.88 for Time Management Questionnaire and α=0.84 for the Efficiency Questionnaire. Spearman rank correlation coefficient test was used to analyze the data. The results revealed that a positive and significant relationship between the optimal use of time and efficiency and also between objectives, planning and determining priorities and the efficiency of teachers of physical education at junior high schools in Kurdistan province.

Abstract
The aim of this study was to identify problems and benefits of indoor school Olympiad project in Mazandaran province. The method was functional and mixed. To identify problems and benefits, Delphi method by a questionnaire survey and meetings with 10 physical education experts of cities of Mazandaran province were used. In the quantitative section, the population consisted of 1517 physical education teachers working in Mazandaran Education Organization department. The sample was selected according to Morgan Table (n=312). The data were collected through a researcher-made questionnaire with a 5-point Likert Scale (α=0.87). To rank the factors under study, the Friedman test and SPSS22 statistical software were used. The results showed that three problems facing this Olympiad were lack of information and proper planning from the ministries to departments, lack of safety and appropriate facilities to hold the Olympiad and lack of awareness of the goals and lack of cooperation of the organizers respectively. The benefits that occupied the first to third places were identity of the physical education course and teachers, positive social behaviors and support and participation of colleagues and parents to hold the Olympiad.

Abstract
This study aimed at identifying the existing problems of physical education course in schools of Isfahan city and comparing the viewpoints of managers, teachers and experts. This study was applied and field. The study population consisted of all physical education teachers, managers and experts of Education offices in all areas of Isfahan city. Study items were specified by confirmatory and exploratory factor analysis. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated by Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.863). Data analysis showed a significant difference among the viewpoints of physical education managers, experts and teachers in the quality of physical education course in schools. The results showed that problem related to a lack of proper planning for physical education course in schools was one of the most important problems of physical education course in schools. The Ministry of Education should have a long-term program to develop physical education in schools with a regular planning and attention to the existing realities and shortcomings.

Abstract
In management science, emotional intelligence is known as one of the important factors in the individual and social behavior of human resources. Because nowadays the desire to have two jobs has increased, especially among the employees of organizations; The purpose of this research is to monitor the effect of physical education teachers' emotional intelligence on the desire to have two jobs, in which organizational commitment is a mediator. This research is a descriptive survey research in terms of practical purpose and in terms of implementation method and data collection method. The statistical population consists of physical education teachers of the 5th education region, the sample size of which is 120 people. In the inferential statistics section, SPSS software and PLS structural equation software were used for data analysis.The results show that 48.54% of the total effect of emotional intelligence is explained by the tendency to have two jobs, which is a significant amount. Also, with the increase of emotional intelligence, the commitment to the organization also increases. This means that a physical education teacher with high emotional intelligence, having the ability to communicate effectively, appropriately and quickly, will have more time for other tasks, including being a dual worker, and high emotional intelligence has a great impact on the correct performance of organizational and non-organizational tasks.

Abstract
Achieving physical education goals in schools requires teachers who Have a great deal of interest and engagement in their work, Hence the aim of this study was to examine The impact of professional Development of sports teachers on their Work engagement with the role of mediator’s self-efficacy. The research method was descriptive-correlational, which was done using the structural equation method. The statistical population of the study consisted of all physical education teachers of Shiraz city in 2019-2020, which included 611 people that the sample size was determined by Krejcie and Morgan table equal to 240. Finally, after the distribution and collection of data, 216 questionnaires were used for analysis. To measure the variables, the Gatt (2017) Professional Development, the Martin and Kulinna (1998) Self-efficacy, and Schaufeli (2002) Work engagement questionnaire were used. That validity and reliability were confirmed. For data analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equations were used by Liserel software. The findings indicated that professional Development had a direct impact on self-efficacy and work engagement and professional Development also indirectly influenced work engagement through self-efficacy. According to the findings, increasing the professional Development of physical education teachers by developing positive beliefs, caused motivate them and increase their Work engagement. Therefore, in order to improve the of sport teachers Work engagement, education authorities should focus on developing professional Development.
