Abstract
Athlete Brand Image (ABI) consists of three main dimensions: athletic performance, attractive appearance and marketable lifestyle. The aim of this study was to examine the effect of ABI on fan-player identification. 250 university students completed Scale of Athlete Brand Image (SABI) developed by Arai et al. (2013), and modified Cohen & Perse (2003) Identification Scale. The methodology was descriptive-correlation based on Structural Equation Model (SEM). SEM showed that among ABI dimensions, only marketable lifestyle had a significant path loading on fan-player level of identification. This dimension reflected the personality of an athlete and social perception towards athletes which could be achieved by behaving ethically inside and outside the field, sensitivity to sociocultural issues, being a good role model and a good leader for fans, social responsibility, and showing appreciation for fans/ spectators. Therefore, athletes and their managers are recommended to invest a substantial part of their activities on athletes' marketable lifestyle to enhance fan-player level of identification.

This study aimed at examining the relationship of work-family conflict management with job satisfaction and performance among football league referees. The method was correlation and field. The statistical population included 212 football referees (98 referees working in premier league and 114 referees working in 1st division). The sample consisted of 78 premier league referees and 81 referees from 1st division selected by stratified random sampling method using Morgan Table. Netmayer and Mcmarian (1996) Work-Family Conflict Questionnaire (α=0.87), Smith et al. Job Satisfaction Questionnaire (2001) (α=0.89) and Hersey and Goldsmith Job Performance Questionnaire (1981) (α=0.83) were used to collect data. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Pearson correlation and Friedman test were used. Results showed no significant relationship between work-family conflict and job satisfaction and performance of football referees. There was a significant positive relationship only between work-family conflict and satisfaction from colleagues. In addition, football referees attached the highest priority to satisfaction from work and the lowest priority to salary and benefits among all job satisfaction factors. Therefore, an efficient relationship between a referee and his colleagues plays an effective role in improving referees' personal life and job satisfaction.

Abstract
Performance measurement is the most important factor to recognize the current situation and a driving force to improve activities. The aim of this study was to measure performance in selected Iranian sport federations using data envelopment analysis by an approach to fuzzy systems. Data envelopment analysis is a powerful method to calculate system efficiency that allows organizations to compare their performance with other organizations and then to make better decisions. Also, fuzzy models are more effective due to an environmental uncertainty about human thinking and judgment. The statistical population consisted of 14 selected Iranian federations (as they were main sport fields and important and medalists). The data were collected by a researcher-made questionnaire (reliability coefficient=%81). Using the math model (suggested fuzzy-liner programming), the results showed that football, volleyball, wrestling, weightlifting, taekwondo, karate, boxing, track and field federations were efficient during 4 years (2011-2015) and basketball, shooting, gymnastics, wushu, judo and swimming federations were inefficient.

Abstract
The origins of sport industries such as football are related to the talent identification of professional players and it is necessary to identify and determine those factors that affect talent identification to discover pure football talents. In other words, talent identification is possible with those variables such as sport managers' empowerments and sport coaches’ performance. Therefore, the present study examined the role of sport managers and the performance of coaches in developing Iran football talent identification. The research method was descriptive and survey in terms of objectives. The statistical population included the coaches of Iran Football Federation who had Asia A and B coaching degrees (N=3786) and 346 subjects were selected by Cochran formula and stratified random sampling method. To assess the role of sport managers in Iran football talent identification, a researcher-made questionnaire was developed; to evaluate the performance of coaches, Jowt and Mick questionnaire (2000) and the performance evaluation of football coaches, Rouhani et al. (2013) were used. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses were used to analyze the data with SPSS and Amos software. Based on the results of factor analysis, the coefficient of determination (R2) of the performance of coaches was 0.638 and the R2 of sport managers was 0.571 in football talent identification. The "technical and educational" factors (0.615) and "supervision and evaluation in the implementation stage" were determined as the most effective factors in football talent identification. In general, the results show that the management of managers in talent identification should be in line with sport industry development within long-term goals. Abstract
The aim of this study was to test the fit of the structural model of the relationship between green human resource management and environmental performance of the staff of the Ministry of Sports and Youth mediated by environmentally friendly behaviors. The research method was descriptive-correlational and was done by modeling structural equations in the maximum likelihood method. The statistical population included all employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth and 261 subjects were selected by available sampling method. For data collection, Farokhi et al.'s Green Human Resource Management Questionnaire (2017), Shah Veisi Environmental Performance Questionnaire (2014), and Thompson and Burton Environmental Friendly Behavior Questionnaire (1994) were used. Data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling through SPSS and AMOS software at a significant level of 0.05. The results showed that the path coefficient between green human resource management and environmentally friendly behavior as well as between environmentally friendly behavior and environmental performance is significant and the path coefficient between green organizational resource management and environmental performance is not significant. The results of goodness-of-fit indices showed that the hypothesized research model fits with the research data. Finally, the results obtained from the bootstrap method showed that there is a significant indirect relationship between green human resource management and environmental performance through the structure of environmentally friendly behavior, but its mediating role was not confirmed. Compensation programs can lead to the realization of green human resource management programs in employees and increase the level of environmentally friendly behaviors.
