The purpose of this study was to analyze the interaction of educational sports development strategies (case study of Kurdistan province). The research method was descriptive survey and in terms of applied purpose. The statistical population consisted of 13 sports management professors of Kurdistan province universities, general director and deputies of the Kurdistan Sports and Youth Department, as well as the deputy chief of education and health of Education Department of the province. Sampling was done as a whole. The educational sports strategies of Kurdistan province were determined by the Delphi method in three stages including nine goals. In a matrix table, a structured questionnaire was developed for the sample. Structural-interpretive modeling was used to design a strategy map. Interpretative structural model is an interactive learning process in which a set of different and related elements are structured in a comprehensive systematic model. The final model showed how the relationship between strategic goals was at five levels. The design of this map facilitates the implementation of strategies to achieve the development of educational sports in Kurdistan province.
