Analysis of factors affecting the development of income generation of sports organizations in Qazvin province

| country's sports organizations leads to a lack of transparency in the revenues, resources and relevant expenses and dissatisfaction with the current situation, which is necessary to follow up by the country's sports organizations to achieve a desirable result. The purpose of this study was to investigate and identify the factors affecting the revenue development of sports organizations in Qazvin province. This study is descriptive-survey in terms of practical purpose and data collection method. The statistical population included the sports boards of Qazvin province, which consisted of 48 sports boards staff with 5 members of each board (chairman, secretary, treasurer and two board members) of 240 people, using Morgan table 147 people to Sample titles were selected. Data collection tool was a 42-item researcher-made questionnaire, the validity of which was confirmed by expert professors and its reliability was obtained by Cronbach's alpha of 0.83. Confirmatory factor analysis and structural equations were used to analyze the data Based on Findings, 12 factors were identified in the development of revenue for the sporting board of Qazvin province. The results also showed the number of sports competitions and events, the growth of sports spectators and the economic development of the province has the most and the policy-making of high-ranking provincial officials and the presence of experienced people in sports in the province have the least impact on the revenue-generating development of sports organizations in the province, respectively. In this regard, in this regard, according to the research findings of managers and officials of sports organizations in Qazvin province, by holding more sports competitions and more spectators, the field of economic development provides more provinces Eventually, sports organizations will achieve the desired revenue generation. |
