The main purpose of this study is to study the future of the development of private sports clubs in Iran with an interaction analysis approach. This approach is used to plan for the future by analyzing the direct and indirect effects of the key drivers of the development of Iran's private sports clubs. The present research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of nature, based on new methods of futurology, research, analysis and exploration, which has been done by combining quantitative and qualitative models. The statistical population of the study included executive and academic elites who had sufficient expertise and experience on the subject of developing private clubs. The sampling method was purposeful and the sample size was determined to be 14 people. Data were collected through open questionnaires, interviews and document review, and by weighting Delphi questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using Micmac software and the final analysis was performed on 33 recursive matrices. According to studies and opinions of 8 people, the main variables are: "Effective appropriate welfare facilities, development of support and incentive requirements, paving the way for attracting sponsors, creating differentiation, interaction with media, infrastructure and technology, use of sports diplomacy for development Private clubs, the "managerial factor" were identified as important components and indicators in the subject. What can be understood from the status of the distribution page of variables affecting the development status of Iranian private sports clubs is the instability of the system. Most variables are scattered around the diagonal axis of the plane. Except for a few cases that show a high impact on the system, the rest of the variables are almost identical to each other. Among the 33 variables studied in this study, 5 key variables affecting the future development of Iranian private sports clubs have been selected. Finally, it can be concluded that the identified factors are a roadmap to improve the development of Iranian private sports clubs on the horizon. 1420 be.
