Abstract:   (1699 Views)
The purpose of this research was to present the basic football development model of Iran with an interpretative structural approach. The current research was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of method, which was conducted in a mixed qualitative and quantitative manner. Sampling in the qualitative section was based on a specialized and targeted panel and equal to 18 people. In the quantitative part, the statistical population included the officials and experts of the youth and talent search committee of the football federation, provincial football boards, and managers of football clubs and schools. First, 384 people were selected as a sample by stratified random and then by available non-random method. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire and a structured self-interaction form. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 10 sports management professors and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test (α=0.88). In order to model the components, the interpretive structural modeling technique was used. The findings showed that 78 indicators in the form of 19 components in managerial, motivational and attitudinal dimensions, core competencies, human resources, financial, cultural and social facilities and equipment are effective on the development of basic football. Also, the stratification results showed that the components were structured in seven levels, and the organizational and planning motivating factors were in the seventh level, and the components of income from basic football and rules and regulations were in the first level of the interpretive structural model of the research. It can be said that, in the first place, focusing on the localization of the basic football development program of the leading countries and formulating a long-term operational plan and new training and training programs along with incentive mechanisms will smooth the development of basic football.
