The aim of this study was an analysis of the effect of talent management system in the employee's empowerment process through organizational intelligence at sport and youth general office of Iran. The research method was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population consisted of all employees of all departments of sport and youth general office. The statistical sample was estimated by the Morgan table and the sufficient number for modeling (n=305) which were selected by clustered method from 11 provinces. The research tools were three empowerment, talent management, and organizational intelligence with 5 Likert scales. The validity of the tools was evaluated and approved by experts (content validity), Cronbach's alpha coefficient (reliability), and confirmatory factor analysis (structural validity). The findings were analyzed using structural equation modeling in Smart PLS software. The results showed that the talent management, variable had a positive and significant effect with the coefficient of 0.56 and 0.90, respectively, on employee empowerment and organizational intelligence. The organizational intelligence variable also had a positive and significant effect on empowerment of 0/31. The indirect effect of talent management on empowerment (through organizational intelligence) was significant with a coefficient of 0.44, and its direct effect was less. According to research findings, reinforcing talent management can significantly enhance employee empowerment, but part of this work is possible through organizational intelligence. Therefore, it is necessary to implement and coordinate the management of sports and youth departments in order to promote empowerment, talent management and organizational intelligence activities. |
