Abstract: (8619 Views) |
This study was conducted to design and provide a sport entrepreneurship model based on the relationship between organizational entrepreneurial resources and outputs in Ministry of Sport and Youth. The statistical population consisted of all managers and staff of this ministry (N=396) and 200 subjects were randomly selected as the sample. Two researcher-made questionnaires of organizational entrepreneurial resources and organizational entrepreneurial outputs were used. Their validity was confirmed by experts and their reliability was calculated as 0.92 and 0.93 respectively by Cronbach alpha in a pilot study with 30 subjects. For data analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient, multiple regression, factor analysis, one-group t test, path analysis and structural equations were used with SPSS and LISREL. The findings showed that the existing condition of Sport and Youth Ministry was non-entrepreneurial with an emphasis on the studied variables. There was a positive and significant relationship between financial resources accessibility and organizational entrepreneurial outputs (α≤0.05) and a negative and significant relationship between time accessibility and organizational entrepreneurial outputs. It can be predicted that an increase in organizational entrepreneurial resources will increase organizational entrepreneurial outputs. |
