Face and content validity and reliability of these questionnaires were confirmed. Data were analyzed by SPSS and Lisrel both in descriptive and inferential statistics. The results showed a correlation between reflective thinking and management style of sport managers, as well as between management style and organizational agility and organizational efficiency.
